Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide quality support to our residents and to add value back to our subdivision.
How are we governed? See the bylaws (right). Our homeowners meet each January to discuss business and to elect a Board of Directors. Our board members are unpaid volunteers & fellow homeowners, and who seek the good of the homeowners while seeking to ensure that the covenants and deed restrictions (right) are properly met.
Who Are We? We are the official homeowner's association of Phases I & II of Sherman Hills. (Phase III was developed by LGI Homes Inc., a different builder, and is governed by a separate homeowner's association.)
